I am hoping that someone can help me, by supplying the inscription of the "Kemis Monument in Andover Church", please.

I have an image of the monument that appears on the face of page 17 in “A History of The Free School of Andover latterly called The Andover Grammar School” by Arthur C Bennett and Edmund Parsons (1920).

Richard KEMIS died 6 Oct 1611.
