1861 Census Kincardineshire - KYD family

I am looking for the KYD family in the 1861 census.  Father was John born about 1808 Forfar, mother was Mary Ann born about 1830 Angus and the children were John 1852, Isabel Julia 1854, and Catharine 1857 all born Kincardine.

They were supposed to be at Allardice, Inverbervie.

Any possibility of finding John KYD the son born Nov 1852 Arbuthnott?  Maybe he was away at school or with a relative?  Maybe he was back with the family in 1871?
