I can see a marriage in Guildford district in Jan-March 1851 (Vol 4, p171) between a Susannah Quinnell and Lewis Tyrrell

this looks like them on the 1851 census, in Ockham, Surrey [Guildford district again] - Susan looks like she may fit your details.

Lewis Turrell    27 - b Horsley, Surrey
Susan Turrell    27 - b Kirdford, Sussex
John Turrell    4 Mo b Ockham
Reference HO107, 1594, 234, 24

I haven't fuond Susan on 1841, or her or John after 1851, except for a possible death in 1880 in Croydon (aged 58 ie born c1822) . I have found Lewis alone, saying he is married. There is a probate register entry for the Susannah who dies in 1880, with legatees Rebecca Rosetta Quinell and John Quinell (minors) and Arthur and Caroline Mary Eleanor Quinell, infants - care of their mother and guardian Mary Eleanor Quinnell, widow of Station Rd Crawley. Estate was under £100

If there is a Sussex connection, a possible candidate is a daughter of James & Hannah, recorded in Kirdford under the surname Quenel and baptised there on 17 Mar 1822.
She married Lewis Tyrrell in Ockham Surrey on 8 Feb 1851, so it is her on the 1851 census.

What has not been picked up as yet is the trancript of the entry in the Sussex Family History Group database.  That shows her father James was a Farmer and she also had a sister Charlotte baptised with her on the same day.  So were these a pair of twins that were rapidly baptised on the day of their birth in case one or both failed to survive?
