Llanfair Mathafarn Eithaf Parish Records 1822 JONES lookup

I have found the marriage of
Owen Jones & Elinor Roberts 19 Jul 1822 on familysearch.org. However there is no image on findmypast.
I wonder if anyone would be good enough to look this up for me and transcribe any details on this record. I'm interested in any parents names, occupations, and place names (including house name)

Hello Catrin

Before 1837, it is unlikely to find the information that you list on marriage entries. Usually, you get the name of the parish, their marital state (spinster, widow, etc.) and the name of the witnesses.

Have you got anything on the couple on the 1841 or 1851 census that might give clues to their ages? This might help to locate their baptisms.

Unfortunately my search for their birth / baptism records hasn't got anywhere yet. I was hoping the marriage record might give me some clues!

Are they  in Llanfflewyn with 6 children in 1841 - HO107/1361/10/3/8

In 1851, Owen is given as born Rhoscolyn (circa 1799)  and Elinor as Llaneilian (circa 1804).

Will look in those two places.

No they are in Craig y Gigfran, which appears in Llanddona or Pentraeth records / census
Elinor born in Llanfair Mathafarn Eithaf, Owen born in Llanddona. I have lots of info on them after their marriage, but wanted to find their parents, and am hitting a brick wall.

I think that the Ll Mathafarn parish records might be my best lead. Do you know if they exist digitally somewhere?

They might be on FindMyPast - will check. The knowledge base doesn't seem to list the parishes but I'm sure I've seen the list somewhere.

Thanks Gadget for all your help, always good to have a second pair of eyes. I have looked at the IGI / Familysearch site, on findmypast documents, but there doesn't seem to be a digital image of the Llanfair Mathafarn marriage records unfortunately. Feel a trip to N Wales is needed!
