My name is Ruth * , and I'm looking to my biological father.

He was a high Officer in the Navy and spoke English and was in the period of June 1967 in Dutch Guyana (now Suriname).

I was born IN APRIL 1968

It is a White (English speaking) man.

I don't know where I should start.

He had a relationship with a certain * in Suriname, Paramaribo.

Is your mother still alive? If not, is there anyone in her family who may have knowledge of your father? If you could find out a name there may be Naval records you could search, but without anything to go on, I can't think how you would go about finding him.

Have you tried Genes Reunited? You may have more success there.
