Looking for information on William Clucas who lived and married in Halifax, Yorkshire, yet puts his birth in Ringford, Scotland. His wife Mary Ann McClelland definitely came from Wigtownshire. I can find no birth for William (family search org). He may be the William Clucas aged 1 in the 1841 England census Fylde Lancashire where birth in county N. His father William b.1811 is listed as mariner, also N as is his wife Ann . 1816. Anyone able to throw any light on this? Regards Roy
