Sarah Parmiter died 1906 Comune di Roma

I am trying to find out info on Sarah's life in Italy. I am assuming she was a nun, but don't know for sure.
Sarah was born 1825, St Andrews Farm, East Stoke,  Dorset. Parents Thomas Parmiter and Sarah Gillingham. Sarah was baptised into the RC faith 25 March 1841,at RC church East Lulworth, Dorset. The church is within the grounds of Lulworth Castle, the seat of the Weld Family, who were staunch Roman Catholics.
The last UK record I have for her is the 1841 where she is living with her Father and his second wife Mary at St Andrews Farm.
I have nothing else until her death record in Rome.
I would like to find out what happened to her between 1841 and 1906. I have tried the Catholic FHS
 and the convent records at Spetisbury in Dorset without luck.
Any thoughts or ideas would be appreciated.

In 1833 there were 2 other baptisms for Thomas and Sarah parmitter
Charles born 1830  in margin and Anne Elizabeth  June 2nd

The baptism day for Charles is written as April 19th but I suspect that is his birthdate
In 1841 Anne Elizabeth is on a census with lots of people ...could be an institution

There is a tree on ancestry with her siblings and half siblings ...is this yours ? Could she be living with any of them ?
