Another one for William Bladon dated 1550 for rental and valor.  Can anyone help please?  Just the basic of what is being written

Paid without rent for one messuage in the same place, with appurtenances, demised to William Bladon by copy of court roll dated the day and year aforesaid, having (it) for himself, his wife Johanna/Joan and William their son, for the term of their lives and whichever of them lives longer, for the year -- 14 shillings
