Hoggards Yard, Keldgate Beverley.

Hello all, in the absence of an archives visit for a good few weeks can anyone place Hoggards Yard, Keldgate for me? I have been told it may have been off Kitchen Lane.

According to David Sherwood's Complete Streets of Beverley, it was first listed in the 1899 Cook's directory on the northern side of Keldgate, west of its junction with Lairgate.  Adjacent to the residence of John Hoggard, cow keeper. Apparently ceased to exist around 1937, though demolition started in 1930.  Coxtons Yard preceded it.

The book has a detail of this junction from the 1890 OS map with other Yards marked, but I can't see this one.
