For the period you are looking for marriages/children/deaths etc - there are no free Scottish sites.  Scotlands People is the main site for that type of info and can prove very expensive unless you have some positive info on which to base a search

For earlier periods - 1800's etc - you can try Family Search www.familysearch.org which is a free site
