looking for the parents of Margaret Cloudsley (b) 1736 Fordoun & Ann Cloudsley (b )...?
Margaret went on to marry John Wilkie, while Ann married Robert Douglas.
I found a possable William Cloudsly in Fordoun who could be father for Margaret,but there is no Ann listed , ......just wondering if there is another name people use for Ann?? i can see a jean .

any hints would be gratefull,

Have a look at the two entries for Arbuthnott near the bottom of the link, one for 1 for Aug' 1724 and the other for June 1736, father, David.
Don't know if it's them.
