Has this been "played" with before. It seems to have too much contrast and areas are blown out making it hard to get the color on. Also my software says it has a resolution of 1  :o :o :o :o :o :o so I have no idea what is going on

Yep...same for me Irene....I think this started life as a thumbnail shot and has been enlarged.
