william was born24th may 1801died 1863 sorry wife was mary james born 1801they had 13 children mary1823 julia1826 emily1828 william 1830 thomas h 1831 josep 1834 amey 1836 susan 1837 gertrude 1839 john1838 blanche 1844abner 1845 jonathan my grandfather 1849 in st just married sarah ann nanckervis born in penzance

Was William's wife Mary James or Mary Williams - you seem to have posted contradicting information??

Also you give William's death as 1863 - yet on census Mary is a widow in 1851 and 1861 census??

working from one of the less common names, the opc database has a baptism for Abner/Abnah 25-8-1844 showing William to be a miller and the abode Bosavern, Emily Jane was baptised 3-7-1845 and noted as 17, abode Bosavern Mill.

There's a burial 1-8-1849 for William Sampson, aged 48 of Bosavern Mill, whihc would tie in with Mary showing as widow in 1851.
