St. Michael's, Derby
« on: Friday 07 March 14 14:58 GMT (UK) »
I have discovered that an ancestor of mine, Valentine Etches, who lived in the Compton or Bradley area got married to a Sarah Leedham on the 18th October 1798 in "St.Michael's, Derby". I'd like to know exactly where this church was and whether it still stands today.

Can anyone help please?

Don't know whether that link will work or not, but if not

Yes, it still stands.

It's on the corner of Queen Street and St Michael's Lane.
