DODSON brick wall

My brick wall is Ann DODSON born about 1800 at Castle Howard/Henderskelfe. I have searched the IGI with no luck, tried various spellings, Dobson, Dodgson etc but cannot find a birth/christening for her.
Ann married George SOLLITT in 1821 at Huttons Ambo and their children were: John 1822, Dodson 1825, Mary 1827, Maria 1830, Jane 1832, Ann 1835 & David 1844, all Huttons Ambo.
Ann died in Jan 1877 aged 77 and is buried at Huttons Ambo.

Hav you checked to make sure that the parishes where she might have been baptised are covered by the IGI?   It is not full coverage.
