The only remotely similar birth registration is an Ashley Maria Husselbee born Dec qtr 1894 in Birmingham Registration District. I can't locate her on either the 1901 or 1911 Census so it may be she was perhaps illegitimate and her mother married before 1901 someone named John who was a Moulder. Wouldn't be unusual in those circumstances to list her step father as her father but not give a different surname or for that matter, it may not have been asked. I can't see a death for this person so it's a possibility but I suspect the only way you may find out for definite is to purchase a copy of the birth certificate and look at the mother's details. The witnesses to her marriage appear to be related to her husband.
