You could try the Ask a Librarian service at the State Library of WA however a chatter living in New Zealand who asked for WA death notice was told by the WA library to try her local library ::)

I also asked for the same notice and received the same response and fees were mentioned >:(.

Hi,
Although Trove paperspast are mostly up to 1954-58ish, I wondered if you had looked through their earlier papers for family 'rating a mention.'

A Cecil William Cooper is involved in an accident with his dad William Harold Cooper, a painter  decorator.
The West Australian (Perth W.A.: 1879 - 1954), Tuesday, 4 April 1933, Page 17. Headed 'Trucks Turn Turtle' Collision at North Perth.

Would this be your family?

There is a Funeral Notice for one William Harold Cooper, Master Painter, in Trove, The Daily News, Sat, 26 April 1947, page 17, heading out to Karrakatta Cemetery. I know they have an online search site as I have previously used it for my own family searches.

I didn't find anything relating to the two other people you are looking for.
Sorry
