Birth of Frances Harris?

My g.g.grandmother Frances Harris stated on censuses that she was born in Dixton-Newton and on another census that she was born in Newchurch. I can't seem to find her .

 Can anyone help? Looking for:

 Frances Harris birth 1801 in Monmouthshire.I know her father was John Harris(on her marriage certificate,she states father John Harris occ:Farmer).
 Any help greatly appreciated as she's my brick wall!!

Hi Carol,

On the LDS IGI there is a Frances Harris daughter of John and Mary baptised in Monmouth, Monmouthshire, England  15 Mar 1801.  Could this be her?

I have examples of babies being taken back to the 'family home' to be baptised but actually living elsewhere.  Maybe this could have happened?  Or they could have moved from Monmouth when Frances was very young.

 Thank you for that information.

 I have tried the Monfamilies site but no sign of Frances there.

 I think the Frances you found on LDS is her.Pity it does not give an area of Monmouth.

 Will have to ask for a lookup for 1841 Monmouthshire to see if i can find her then.I know that in 1842 she married John Coombs in Devizes,Wiltshire. John is in Devizes in 1841 but not Frances.
