Is there anything for Thomas Smith in the 1841 census when he was 25? I see Ann Smith was living with her parents, Thomas and Ann Hingley, but I wonder where her husband was?

Just having a look at this line again....does the above source mention the father's occupations, or do I need to send off for the certificate? Are the occupations likely to help in tracking down the Smiths?

Hi Burto,

like I said that one came from the IGI so you'd need to either get the cert or check the parish records for the full details. Who knows ...it might help ...could be a useful witness or two there also  :)
