Barningham BAYFIELD

Good morning from Australia. Thanks for looking at my request.

I am researching the following family - Matthew BAYFIELD born before 1760 in unknown, still alive in 1803, and his wife Mary nee PAYNE born 1760 in unknown, buried in St Andrew's Little Barningham 1806.  They married in Bessingham 1785.

They had their first 8 children Christened in Bessingham and last in Little Barningham in 1803.

One child was John BAYFIELD b 1788, married Pheobe HARMER in 1814 in Barningham. They had 6 children all in Baringham 1821-1835

Another child was Matthew b 1791, married Herodia (unknown> before 1841. I believe there is a possibility this Matthew was sentenced to 7 years transportation, and after his sentenced expired he returned to Norfolk. He died in Yarmouth Mar qtr 1855.

All other children have not yet been thoroughly researched, and my request below is part of this further research.

I am mostly interested in finding out details of any deaths/burials.

                Hi Shirley, there is about 4 miles between Little Barningham & Bessingham
                they are in North Norfolk, NOT Suffolk. On freereg there are these:-
                Bessingham.....Susanna, burial 19/12/1799...born that year
                Little Barningham..Mary..21/06/1806 age 46, you have this??
                   Ditto..............Henry..16/11/1803..infant
     Birth........Ditto..............Phoebe Harmer 17/03/1793, pa, James, ma, Elizabeth
