burial place

Can anyone help my fathers half sister Frances Ravenscroft died age 65  in the Barony in Nantwich she was buried march 14 1927 in the parish of Nantwich the rector E W Bromley performed the burial but I can not find out were she is buried

Assuming that you live in England, then visit a library, or records office and see whether they have a copy of Crockford's list of clergy.  This will tell you where Reverend Bromley was in office at the time.  Possibly not fool-proof, but worth a try.
Transcriptions and NBI are merely finding aids.  They are NOT a substitute for original record entries.
Remember - "They'll be found when they want to be found" !!!

As the council's cemeteries' dept could not help maybe contact Cheshire archives who hold the surviving workhouse records and ask for their suggestions.

Many thanks for your replies I have asked Cheshire archives for records about Frances but none exist I have written to the bereavement service at east Cheshire and also checking with my local library about Crockfords list of clergy so hope to get some information hope I can solve this mystery
