Charles Cobbe, Portsmouth

Can anybody help me, please, with the census entry for Portsmouth (Hampshire UK) 1841 for the name of Charles Cobbe?  It appears in the Portsea Island Registration District, in the sub-district of Kingston & Landport, and the Parish of Portsea.
Any other information about Charles Cobbe would be welcome.  He was a colleague of John Dickens, father of Charles Dickens, and worked in the Navy Pay Office at Portsmouth.

Given the age rounding in the 1841 census and the fact that Charles was not born in the county you probably need to widen your search. Here are some of the possibilities:

This looks to be his probate record

The Will of Charles Cobbe  late of 4 Portland Villas Plymouth, Devon who died 4th April 1864 at Portland Villas aforesaid, was proved at Exeter by the oaths of Anne Frances Cobbe spinster the daughter, John Henry Eccles of Plymouth surgeon and John Nicholas Bennett, Gentleman of Plymouth, the executors.
