Legal age of Marriege in 1912

Hi To All.
Can some body please let me know if a 14 year old boy could have got married in 1912.
This would clear up my brain as i cannot find the correct info from other sites.

Hi,

In 1912 the age at marriage could be 12 for a girl and 14 for a boy, but consent of parents was required for both up to the age of 21. In 1929 the age of marriage for both was raised to 16 but consent for both was still required until 21.
