Hello, does anyone know how i could get a copy of the above mentioned newspaper?
I'm in search of an article written by my husbands grandfather about his experiences in a german concentration camp in ww1

The Killie Campbell Africana Library in Durban springs to mind.  But then someone who lives in SA may have a better suggestion.
Transcriptions and NBI are merely finding aids.  They are NOT a substitute for original record entries.

Or try Durban Archives.  I know that Pietermaritzburg Archives hold newspapers for PMB, so assume that Durban would do the same sort of thing.
