RADFORD furniture shop location St. Ives
« on: Tuesday 29 July 14 14:06 BST (UK) »
Hi all,

Looking to locate an address of the RADFORD shop possibly on Station Street, St. Ives if that means anything to anyone? Joseph RADFORD was a furniture dealer and died in 1945.
He served on council for many years and had a son Harold Joseph who died in 1954 also of St Ives.
Unsure if he lived there or not?

Thanks in advance.

Does this Joseph Radford, have anything to with Anderson Radford?

I have him on an 1861 Census staying with my ancestors in Woodhurst Huntingdonshire. At that time he is 69 (Born around 1792), a retired bed maker, and a widow. His birth place is given as Cambridge.

Hope this makes sense.
