Alfred was my great uncle, killed in action 1918 after joining up Sept 1914. He was the son of Thomas William Moore and Annie Elizabeth Wright, brother to Harold, Wilfred and Reginald.
I have only recently found his military records, mainly correspondence to his family including a copy of a hand written letter from my great grandfather.
Commemorated at Ploegsteert Memorial and The Kings Royal Rifle Corps Statue at Winchester.
