Luckman , warwickshire regiment help please

Hi there,
Just wondering if there is a warwickshire regiment expert who may be able to help me ?
My UncleFrank Luckman was born in 1889, and we understand served in WW1.
But so far we have found very little information ( and no family left to ask)
We have found a medal card, and wondered if there is possibly a way of checking if this   card belonged to 'Frank Luckman of 10 Teall Road Saltley , Birmingham'

He was married in 1914, his wife's name  was Beatrice Mumby
His parents names were George and Lavinia Luckman also of 10 Teall Road Saltley Birmingham.

Any help would be much appreciated
