Hello everyone... new names in tree  lol, so Im trying to find the birth of (and parents if poss) of Catherine Eggington, c1819, of wednesfield she married Robert Richards (of shrewsbury) in 1847 in Wolverhampton in which she puts her name as Kitty Eggington

Roberts parents are Edward Richards and Martha Shore married 1813 tho I cant find anything more than there marriage of them either (but they are from shrewsbury)

What name is given for her father on the 1847 marriage cert?

Is she shown as a spinster on that cert?

Edward Richards and Martha shore married by banns 1 nov 1813 st Mary's , comes under salop then.witnesses Joseph shore and Mary Davis .

Edward and mary(could be may) gave their mark.

Hi Weste, the only problem is if the above marriages are correct ( His trade in 1851 is Brittania Metal Smith) then his father's name begins with an "R" not an "E"?

In 1841 he is 30 occ Metal Smithy not born in county with a Susan Richards aged 30

Problem is we are giving info based on info given on other trees and familysearch. We don't know what the marriage info is for the marriage before these. I.e. We could be tracking back on wrong info. There is also another thread asking for info on the couple I think on the shrewsbury board. I've just given the info I can find on the marriage mentioned so that it can be ruled in or out. Thanks keyboard 86 though. Truebritmega will need to sort all the info out.
