No ...

... but if you add the words "French to English" to your subject heading it should attract someone who can. :)

Also, you could try google translate. https://translate.google.com/

If you post the letter as an attachment on the Europe board, there are several people who will be happy to translate.  (Including me!)

The ends of some lines have been cut off, and the lady who wrote the letter has a tendency to omit punctuation and accents, but here's the gist:

"Dear little brother

I'm sending you another little note which I hope finds you in good health.  I hope very much that I will hear from you tomorrow, because I must admit that time dragged badly today: Sunday, a very dreary day, but I hope not for you.  Where are you now darling?  Perhaps a long way away, but know that wherever you go, my heart will follow.  Unless you find it too heavy.

Dicky, I would like to give you a pleasant surprise.  Humm! perhaps.  But for that you would need to be still in Belgium this month.  I hope I will have that pleasure, especially if you change (?)course darling you will be an adorable little brother

Nanette isn't very well, she's rather naughty, the little miss with two teeth.  Humm!  I don't think I will go out today: night caps are better at home.  And anyway I'm too sad, I'm getting jealous of the happiness of others, so it's better if I stay here.  Hoping to see you soon (<surprise>) All my kisses.  Love from all the family,

Christiane"
