died in Tuebrook 1893 - where buried?
« on: Monday 01 September 14 15:27 BST (UK) »
James PLIMMER died on 17 October 1893 aged 39 at 44 Pringle Street, Tuebrook, West Derby - if he was non conformist is there a cemetery near by that has a non conformist burial plot - if he became C. of E. were burials in local churches still allowed or had all burials moved to public cemeteries by then?

Not sure where to begin looking for the best - thanks!

He's probably buried at Anfield Cemetery or West Derby Cemetery. They have C of E, General or Non-conformist and RC sections.

Liverpool Record Office have burial records for Anfield. Try contacting them below they might do a free look-up for you if you give them all the relevant details, name, address, date of death etc Say either Anfield or West Derby as they are unlikely to search more than one cemetery for you for free. They may suggest using their research service which charges or you might get lucky and get a free look-up.
