Lucia or Lucy Nichols
« on: Tuesday 16 September 14 00:20 BST (UK) »
Has anyone seen Lucy Nichols?

She married Thomas Ward at Lilbourne in 1712 and had children there. But I cannot find where and when she was baptised, even in which county.

Hi Tividale.

Welcome to Rootschat.  :)

The best person to ask is Alan Clarke on my links below or the Northants Family History Society
who both have indexes of numerous people from Northamptonshire.

Hi Sandy
Thanks so much for the reply.
I have the CD's from Allan Clarke, but there is no Lucia Nichols even though there is a Nichols' family at Lilbourne. I have the Lilbourne register on loan from Family Search, as well as I have looked at the Bishop's Transcripts, all with no result.
But I haven't tried the Northants Family History Society, so that will be my next step.
If anyone sees a Lucy Nichols on their travels through registers, that would nice to know.
Many regards
Bryan
