Looking for father of Albert Ernest Jacobs b 1896

The title sums it up really....Albert Ernest Jacobs is listed as either born in Sheppey or in Sheerness in 1895 or 1896. Can anyone help me identify his father, please ?

Have you not got him on 1901/1911 Census?

1901 his Father is CHARLES E Jacobs, born c 1865, Whitstable, Kent.

Not a birth but a burial.  ???

If my reading of the Isle of Sheppey Halfway Burial Register is correct, what appears to be the father and son were buried in the same plot, or next to each other.  ???

Burials as follows:-
Albert Ernest Jacobs 5 August 1926 aged 35 [35a, OO]
Charles E Jacobs 27 October 1945 aged 80 [35, OO]
