Wiggenhall, Norfolk, Which one?

I am looking into, rather than researching, the Howard Family. sometimes Lords, some who emigrated to Virginia, and later some to Utah via Ireland. In the 1100's they were in Wiggenhall, Norfolk. Which one? There are two! Could anyone tell me where their Wiggenhall is located near on a modern map. Names of some of the family around 1100, Allan, Galfridus and Fuko.

There are 3 Wiggenhall's in Kings Lynn Norfolk, Wiggenhall st Mary Magdalen, Wiggenhall st Peter, & Wiggenhall st Germans, I used to live near them, they are very close to one another. I now live about 15 miles from there so if you need me to do any research for you I will more than happy to do so.

Many thanks for the offer. I think I am on the right track now. The genealogy has be done (and in parts doubted and disputed) so am not so much researching but trying to get it order. I finally saw a different name - "Wiggenhall and East Winch"  which again is near Kings Lynn as you mentioned.

East winch is about 10miles from Wiggenhall st Germans.
