Thomas was born in Kidderminster,Worcestershire son of Thomas and Emma TAYLOR He married in 1910 and his son was born in 1911 sadly his wife died of TB early in 1917 and he having transferred from the Worcesters to the Tank regiment was killed in action 1 Dec 1917 leaving his 6 year old son an orphan.An account of Thomas' life can be read here From
