1841 census look up for Rye please

Hi

Many thanks to everyone that has helped me so far but could anyone look up the 1841 census for Rye for me please.  Im looking for Henry Ridley born Beckley Sussex around 1829.  Im still trying to discover the names of his parents.

Any help would be much appreciated

Previous thread asking for 1851 and 1861 census. 1851 census shows Henry Ridley living with the Edmonds family as a son-in-law.  A marriage for Rosiana Edmonds and Henry Ridley shows his father as Hind Ridley.
Have you got this marriage certificate 

It is always best to keep the information relating to the same family on one thread - they can always be added to when you need more information and it saves duplication of what you already have.

Have you got the marriage certificate ?

Henry was pretty consistant thru census records with his birth place - Looks like that area is a little patchy for records - there was no IGI coverage for Beckley according to this old Rootsweb post.

No I haven't got the marriage cert as yet.  Looks like the next step.  I would imagine that the 'Hind' should read Henry.  Thanks for your help.  Shame about the sussex records.

Was intrigued by Elvedine/Elvydine Ridley born 1785 but his son Henry emigrated to the USA and died there in 1903.

I've come across that name but I don't think its connected.  Its possible.  Rye couldn't have been very big in those days so I suppose all the Ridleys were related somewhere along the line. I'll keep looking.  Thanks
