Parents of Phyllis Mason - Marriage to Benjamin Tallett West Brom 10/05/1903

Hi,

I have the parents of Benjamin Tallett which were Joseph Tallett and Catherine Ingram. The marriage record is 6B 1366 127 West Bromwich.  I would like to confirm Phyllis father name.  I would like to know if it says James Isaac Mason on their marriage certificate.  In later census records says Isaac Mason.  Her Mothers name was Mercy.  Can only find a wedding to a Mercy Hadley and James
