With also not knowing the country and its towns etc except off a map, also makes it not so understandable at times.
Re the census none of those names come up in the children's names either.
But then maybe they choose wider family names.
Don't know re William being alive in 1877 at James marriage.
Yes I get the newsletter from Roots Ireland and still have points where i can put in and search but the credits were handy to use.
Garden needs time at this time of year, so a months sub just now has to wait for a time I am thinking.

A long time ago I found a census in England for a William Callaghan with children. But once again just really needing to make sure have correct family. And there wasn't a mothers name with family I found, think it was Manchester.
Mind sometimes the clues are staring at us and I cant see them.
