It’s not a will, but a judicial ‘sentence’, giving the court’s decision in a dispute over the will of Sir John Hannam of Westwood, Wilts. The dispute is between the executors, Charles Savage and Thomas Grove, and the widow Elizabeth Hanham. It's incomplete here. There should be another page, which will show the verdict.

In case you don’t already have it, the will of Sir John Hanham was proved in the PCC in 1710 and can be downloaded from TNA (for £3.30) or Ancestry (free, if you have access). The will is in English  :)

Thanks Bookbox
Thanks for the help, I have access to Ancestry which is where I found this one. Is there one on Ancestry in English?

Thanks   Steve
