Caddicks In Hartlepool Please

A serries of Caddick  births to mother Chin ,Elizabeth Q2 1923, Lilian Q2 1924, Walter Q3 1925-Q3 1925, Edna M Q4 1926. These girls/Women then Married in West Hartlepool Lillian Q2 1944 to John G Jacques, Elizabeth Q1 1945 to Douglas Jackson, Edna M Q3 1946 to Arthur W Wright and Annie either Q4 1946 to Nicholas Crosby or Q1 1955 to Isaac M D Nichol.(I suspect the latter may be Thomas's (Jnr) widow remarrying)
I suspect their father was Walter Caddick born 1888 or possibly Arthur  1892-1950 . Short of buying their certificates is there any way of finding out who their Father was and who Ms Chin was and where they married. Walter and Arthurs father was Thomas Snr a sailor so perhaps one of then took after Dad.
Also any sign of a will extract details for Thomas (Jnr) Caddick Q3 1949 or Arthur Caddick Q4 1950

Arthur Caddick of 9, Thornton Street, West Hartlepool died 1st October 1950 at the General Hospital, West Hartlepool, Administration Durham 14th November to Elizabeth Annie Rayson (Wife of William Rayson) Effects £211 9s 2d

There is an incoming passenger list from Canada to Liverpool for Walter Caddick -proposed address 4 Dover St, W Hartlepool (age 34)  in Dec 1922. He returned to Canada in March 1923 and his occupation was automobile business. He appears to have travelled alone
