COUNTRY PEOPLE
The death occurred suddenly of Mr. Abedi Michael Bourke at his home in Camperdown road, Terang. He was aged 63 years. He was a widower, and leaves two daughters and two sons. A brother, Mr. Thomas Bourke, who was aged 70 years, has also died.

The death notice for Thomas Bourke does not have any wife.
Died 14/10/1937 St Vincent's Hospital Melbourne.
Loved brother of A M Bourke, Mrs Delaney,Mrs Brintane,Mrs Justin and Nellie Bourke.Uncle of A M Bourke's children.

By the by both Thomas and Abedi Michael's deaths were registered as BURKE not BOURKE.

Thos died in 1937 in Fitzroy (reg #9278), aged 76, father as Jas and mother Mary OBRIEN.

Michael in 1937 in Terang (reg #18896), aged 63, father as Jno and mother as Mary OBRIEN.

The sister mentioned in notice above was Mary Ann BRENTANE who died in 1946 in 'S Tarra' (reg #11296), aged 83, father as Jno BOURKE and mother as Mary OBRIEN.

Another sister was Agnes Elizabeth JUSTIN who died in 1944 in Terang (reg # 21501), aged 70, father as Jno BOURKE and mother as Mary OBRIAN.

I suspect the eldest sister named  was Bridget Louisa DELANY who died in 1944 in Fitzroy (reg #9638), aged 79, father as Jno BOURKE and mother as Mary BRYAN.
