Street name in Dover

Hi
I've got a marriage certificate for a wedding that took place in 1952. Both parties are listed as living at a place that I can only read as "4 Maine brescew" - is there anyone familiar with the area who's got a better idea of what it might actually say?!
Many thanks

Better to put up an image if you can. We might have another interpretation of the writing.
If the bride & groom are deceased, then you can also name them.

Maine could be Marine, but brescew has got me baffled!
There's a Marine Parade in Dover, but I don't see how Parade can look like Brescow
Yes, a look at the image would be useful.

Many thanks one and all - it's Maine Crescent. Which in a further twist of fate is spitting distance from the house my Grandfather (brother to one of the parties on the marriage certificate) lived in when I was little.....
