Bury Remembers
A project is currently well on the way to scan and document the local newspapers  from June 1914-Dec 1919.

If you have ancestors that were born or lived in Bury, Ramsbottom, Radcliffe area's during the WW1 then it is very worth while visiting the archives. To see what they have,  WW2 to follow.....
