Very much the case of bending facts to fit a theory, but as I didn't spot a Henry Brown baptised in Harmondsworth in 1815, there is one in St Pauls Hammersmith...
Middlesex: KING,  MUMFORD, COOK, ROUSE, GOODALL, BROWN
Oxford: MATTHEWS, MOSS
Kent: SPOONER, THOMAS, KILLICK, COLLINS
Cambs: PRIGG, LEACH
Hants: FOSTER
Montgomery: BREES
Surrey: REEVE

Similarly ...

Closer in location to Harmondsworth, but adrift by a few years ...
William Henry Brown s/o Richard & Mary bpt 31 Jan 1819 (b. 12 Jan) at West Drayton.

Is this puzzle a case of Harmondsworth being the first place Henry can remember ?
