Is It possible for someone to tell me who lived at 110 Greeves Street, Fitzroy around 1950 please.  Any help would be most appreciated.

The Australian electoral rolls are alphabetical by surnames, not by street addresses.  Sorry.

  Not sure that this is of much help but 110 Greeves St was up for auction in 1950 (mentioning lessees)

Thank you so much for answering my query.  I hadn't thought of this angle.   I am trying to find out who was living there, so unfortunately this hasn't been much help. Worth a try though.

I will highlight this to suggest another angle...but also recognising I could be chasing this from a completely incorrect assumption 

Do you not know and wish to find out or do you have an idea and wish to confirm? If you wish to confirm...use majms' great idea and link both together. If you don't then apologies 

Just found this on google from the AIF site... from 1917 but maybe it was a long term situation, as most families handed houses down unlike todays SKI parents
