Marriage at Crick
« on: Sunday 08 March 15 05:38 GMT (UK) »
I'm interested in the marriage of Elizabeth Herbert and John Ward that the IGI lists as 17 Nov 1634 at Crick.

Would anyone have information of what parish the bride and groom were from?

Looked at the copy of the register this morning at NRO, but the register entry gives no more than you know already ... no parishes given.
Almeroth, Germany (probably Hessen). Mawer, Softley, Johnson, Lancaster, Tatum, Bucknall (E.Yorks, Nfk, Lincs)

Thank you for the reply and the lookup, very much appreciated.

It's a pity nothing else was said, assuming therefore they were of Crick Parish, when I was trying to find out which Elizabeth John Ward of Stanford On Avon married.
