Who was Jacob A. Johnsons 2. wife?

Jacob A. Johnson born July 27th 1871 in Clay county South Dakota, died October 15th 1957, buried Sunset Memorial cemetery, Bismarck ND, was married four times:
   1. m. Carrie Leikvold, (8.10.1865-31.7.1897), 1 child.
   2. m unknown woman, mother to his 2nd og 3rd child,
   3. 1909 m. Sønneva Kristoffersdtr. Kalstveit (1882-1916), buried Pleasant Valley cemetery, SD, 1 barn,
   4. 26.7.1945 m. Hannah Pederson b. Ryan 23.6.1876 in Norway.
 I need help to find the name of his 2nd wife.
In 1900 Jacob lived by his Brother in Law William Sweeley in Spirit Mound, SD. He was widoved.
In 1902 his daughter Margaret is born, in 1905 his Third daughter Elvira. In 1909 he married Sønneve (Senora), so we are seeking his 2nd wife between 1900/2 and 1905/9. I Guess some birth record for her children will be the Place to find her?

I didn't see any matches for birth records for his children on that index.  Usually, it took some time to get everyone to comply with registration.

For Margaret I have nothing but her birth year. Elvira however married Abel Johnson, and had four children.

I've been looking at the 1905 census and think I may have the correct family. They are indexed alphabetically on individual cards but the family members are numbered consecutively ( in other words they are not all together on one record).

Margaret's card says her mother's birthplace was Iowa. You will need to be signed in to look at the images. This would probably make the wife in question Clara L from Iowa - a start at least !

I think I have interpreted this correctly - I'm sure someone with better knowledge will correct me if I haven't .
