hello everyone....could anyone help me with some research. i am researching my grand fathers family of millards from gloucestershire. i am stumped with finding a cousin m.l. millard born 1930's dursley, shropshire. her mother was gwen evans (deceased) and her father edwin millard (deceased) i  cannot find if monica has passed or not, her mother was welsh, i wander if she is in wales. monica was sadly born mentally ill. she could now be in a home. i cannot find her anywhere. hope that some one can help me. many thanks

There is no death showing up to 2007, therefore you have to assume that she could well still be alive and so you will need to remove her name. When and where did her parents die, that might give you a starting point?

A very long shot but have you looked for a death registration for her in Scotland?
Howard , Viney , Kingsman, Pain/e, Rainer/ Rayner, Barham, George, Wakeling (Catherine), Vicary (Frederick)   all LDN area/suburbs  Ottley/ MDX,

Hi another possibility have you checked the UK Electoral Registers 2002-2014 on Find my past?

Hi Jackie, I believe she is still alive and living in the Stroud area as a friend of mine said he knows her carer. 
Davies,Morgan,Bates,Millard,Drury,Briscoe,Russell,Matthews,Carleton,Carr.
