John Orchard - Stoker, Petty Officer - Princess Irene
« on: Tuesday 21 April 15 16:58 BST (UK) »
Hi all
I am trying to find John Orchard, born about 1866 at Soulbury, Bucks.  I can't find 1891 or 1901 Census for this chap.  Also can't find any information abut the ships he sailed with or how long he signed on for.
He was a Stoker on board ship in 1911 Census and 'at home' with his wife on the night of the Census

Any help would be most apreciated
Sue B

Thank you for your PM.  Did that record give any indication where he was likely to be around the time of the census that you are missing. It may be that his Royal Navy ship was not recorded
