Charles Evans Wife
« on: Sunday 26 April 15 08:44 BST (UK) »
Charles Evans and his wife, Rebekah, had at least 7 children between 1741 and 1763. All children were born in Wrawby.

However, the only marriage I can find between Charles Evans and Rebekah is in 1752 to a Rebekah Roughton.

Could it be possible that they married about ten years after the birth of their first child? Or are there two Charles and Rebekah Evans in Wrawby?

You need to be careful with this.  :-\

There were TWO Charles EVANS marriages in Wrawby in 1752 (this page and the previous page) http://www.lincstothepast.com/General-register/628956.record?ImageId=123720&pt=T

An Elizabeth, wife of Charles EVANS died in 1751 (lots of EVANS burials in Wrawby)  see http://www.freereg.org.uk/cgi/Search.pl
Today I broke my personal record for most consecutive days alive.
