Mary Rowley/Rowlay baptised in Sheriff Hutton 1753

Looking for some help in tracking down the parents of Mary Rowley/Rowlay baptised in Sheriff Hutton in 1753 with father listed as Jno.   Have been able to find baptisms of 3 siblings, William, Betteris and Ann, but have no other information regarding the parents. Any help would be appreciated in tracking down the parents also what happened to the 3 siblings mentioned. Katlady

There is an image on FindMyPast for John's marriage in the Yorkshire BT's, however, the edge of the page is missing and the record only goes as far as Mary 

There is no further information in the BT's for Betteris's marriage.

The parish registers for Sherriff Hutton are at the Borthwick Institute in York.  As you have the date, perhaps they may be able to help you to find Mary's surname.
